Her work involves offering spiritual mentoring for Inter-Varsity camp and campus staff through monthly conversations either face to face or through social media (Skype, Zoom, Google Hangout). Ruth offers prayer retreats and training for staff in the areas of intercession, prayer ministry and healing prayer and contemplative prayer for spiritual restoration and refreshment. During the last five summers Ruth has co-written and taught a biblical curriculum for the Leaders in Training program of our various Pioneer and Circle Square Ranch Camps across the country, helping in the spiritual formation of young teen leaders. Ruth has been a member of the Emmanuel Congregation since 2000.


Don & Rachel Sayers, Danielle, Hudson & NathanSayers Family

The Sayers have been working in South Africa with the Emmanuel International Mission for the past eleven years. Don is a pastor with the Living Hope Bible Church and advisor for the African Hope Trust offering Safe Homes for children who are orphans due to the AIDS epidemic.

Murray and Anne O’Coin, Sam & Dan

The O’Coins live and work on the Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory in Deseronto, Ontario under the Sanctuary Ministry.
They partner with the Christ the King local congregation offering friendship, prayer, preaching, garden resources and produce, child and youth encouragement.


Nelson & Kara (Thompson) Mejia, Steven (13) & Kelly (8)Mejia Family
Anglican Church Priests and Church Planters in Roatan, Honduras

Much of the work for the Mejia’s involves the construction of their church building in Coxen Hole and training of youth and leaders in the church at Brick Bay and Coxen Hole. Kara is from New Brunswick and Nelson from Honduras. Congregations partnering with them from New Brunswick and Ontario have helped with the construction. They have been mission partners with South American Missions Society (SAMS) until recently.
